ETHANOL FUEL E85.......................
Ethanol E85 is not only a cheaper than any other fuel, but it has a positive effect on performance, which it increases by 10 - 15%. Its great advantage is also that it is an alcohol substance, which naturally has properties which favorably affect the life of the entire car. Ethanol, unlike the petrol it does not contain carbon, which affects proper compression of an engine and thus also its trouble-free operation. In addition, due to the absence of carbon it extends the life of lambda probe and catalytic converters which settles dirt. A car using E85 also has a lower calorific capacity of the engine, because the actual temperature of the burning fuel is considerably lower. Forget the heat stress of parts of your vehicle and extend its operation by 30-35 %! Naturally high octane number 109 and low aggressivity of the liquid guarantee that your ecological vehicle will be enjoyed long and fully. Give your car unique ethanol - E85 fuel, which will thrive to its engine and other parts!
Exhaust Emissions of Spark-Ignition Engine Fueled by E85
The article deals with the evaluation of ecological benefits of biofuel
E85. E85 is constituted by 85 % of ethanol and 15 % of gasoline.
Measurements were carried out on two vehicles. Engines
of these vehicles were subsequently rebuilt for E85 combustion.
Measurements were carried out using chassis dynamometer in the
laboratories of the Department of Engineering and Automobile
Transport at Mendel University in Brno. Analysis of measurement
results showed ecological potential of bioethanol. The level of
exhaust emission decrease at E85 combustion is given by the engine
wear and engine adjustment which is necessary due to low heating
value of bioethanol. The authors of similar studies also concluded
that combustion of E85 fuel has positive impact on reducing harmful
exhaust emissions produced by vehicles fueled by gasoline.

The latest research on the effects of ethanol combustion engine.
Fuel ETHANOL/E85 has several advantages regarding the unrivaled durability of the engine.
Ethanol does not contain any carbon, which significantly reduces compression and thus the life of the petrol engine. When using classical natural carbon deposits apply on the valve, which will not close properly and thus the performance of the car after years of decreases, but this is not the case when using ethanol. The microparticles of carbon contained in the oil also destroy the sealing rings on the piston cylinders. Carbon occurs in oil when running on natural pretty quickly, after about 3000 km since the oil change – the oil becomes black. In ethanol are not contained carbon microparticles, thus when on ethanol oil to does not become black and retains its viscosity. Just because ethanol does not contain carbon, thus it significantly extends the life of the engine.
Furthermore, it significantly extends the life of catalytic converters and lambda probes - because in these parts when driving ethanol does not settle carbon (which is known mainly for lambda probes, which beneath a thick layer of carbon cannot measure the richness of the fuel mixture).
Another advantage that significantly affects the life of the engine is lower calorific value of the fuel and the combustion temperature by up to 32 %, thus the components in the engine do not stress by the heat by far and it also greatly extends the life of the engine..
Lower calorific value has also one drawback - because of lower calorific value cannot be achieved exactly the same consumption as with natural, consumption varies from 10 % to 30 % extra , of course, it all depends on the condition of the engine.
Ethanol (alcohol) is obviously not nearly as aggressive as petrol, since petrol is volatile and to increase the octane number there are used substances such as methylbenzene known as Toluene, which is not necessary with ethanol as it has the octane number 109 without chemical additives.
Obviously ethanol does not dissolve neither hoses nor gaskets, since it is less corrosive than petrol. Theoretically, the life of the engine should rise by 30 to 35%.
Ethanol gives the vehicle a range of high-end benefits
And what else ethanol E85 brings for you and your car. Ethanol is not corrosive and what is more it so-called collects water, which means that it dissolves it. Water, which can severely impair the functioning of some parts of the car, disappears when burning the mixture. In addition, if you own a modern car with tubes of silicone, rubber, neoprene and other materials you do not have to worry about damaging them. You can start your car thanks to ethanol without any problems even in winter! Fuel is available in two variants (E85 and E70), and thanks to the unique design of our products you will not have the slightest problem. Easily adjustable switch: summer / winter will help you start the car on E85 even in the coldest months. Enjoy all the benefits of an environmentally friendly fuel that:
- improves the performance by 10-15%
- the it has a low purchase price and significantly reduces costs of vehicles - requires no regular maintenance
- conversion to ethanol E85 is fast and without drop tanks, or other radical interventions in vehicles
- car runs on E85 environmentally - ethanol reduces CO2 emissions by up to 70%
- Vehicle on ethanol allows you what car on LPG does not manage - park without problems in the garage
- Conversion to E85 you can afford to alternate fuel - refuel easily ethanol E85, Natural 95 or their combination
- Discover all the advantages of eco-driving for yourself - take a ride on the green wave literally almost free!
Does not demage the motor!
Ethanol cannot demage the engine since it burns cooler than petrol and thus actually increases engine life. Therefore, engine parts such as valves, pistons, head and others are subjected to less thermal stress, they are warmed up less and due to that they create less carbon and deposits. Ethanol also has a cleaning ability and, therefore, parts such as a nozzle, pump, lines are maintained in a clean condition. Video youtube nepřekládat.
Ethanol is not corrosive!
Ethanol is very often confused with methanol. Methanol is corrosive, Ethanol is NOT. Ethanol is doing exactly the same as petroleum diesel. Corrosion such as causes water, not fuel. Ethanol collects water - so it dissolves it. Assuming that there was no water in the tank before filling ethanol, there will not be even after -on the contrary there will be less as it will be gradually dissolved in the fuel and disappear during burning of the mixture.
Ethanol does not destroy the seals and hoses!
So if you do not have a veteran with cork gasket. Yet with cars that were manufactured in 70´s last century, it is recommended to explore the whole fuel line. For vehicles from the late 90's there is not danger. At that time were used silicone tubing, rubber and neoprene.
